Accidentally bought pigeon peas not knowing what they were and came across this recipe. So delicious, me and my kids love it! I will now be purposely buying pigeon peas to make this again!

I have never tried it in a rice cooker but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work. I think canned pigeon peas would be safer. Please let me know how it goes if you decide to do it.
