This is a good recipe! I was hesitant about the strong curry odor at first, but when the dish was ready, it didn’t taste like curry. I would suggest including bay leaves while pressure cooking, using while sprigs of thyme instead of mincing it, and also adding a bit of Maggi and/or soy sauce at the end for flavor.
