We made this recipe this week and it was fantastic!! I didn’t have red wine so I just added more beef broth, if it were any better with the wine I may have hurt myself. Paired it with mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables. One of the best meals ever!!!

This was such great recipe! I used Venison shanks and fennel and I forgot to add the tomatoes…But it was still amazing! I served it over smashed cauliflower with creamed spinach. YUM!
