If I get fat I’m blaming you and Nagi. These macaroons are to die for. Used the sugar recipe only because I needed the egg yolks for homemade pasta dough. Wife said she wold try one. She’s not especially fond of coconut. She ate three with lemon curd on top and four more plain. Guessing she likes coconut now. Thank you Imma for a wonderful treat.
