Absolutely the best soup I’ve ever had! Made it as written. I didn’t purée it and cut up a few of the shrimp in small pieces and used the rest as the garnish. I enjoyed the chunky bits!

Yes you sure can.Keep in mind, with a larger quantity, the cooking time may need to be slightly adjusted, especially when sautéing vegetables or reducing liquids. Always taste as you go and adjust the seasoning as needed. Doubling a recipe like shrimp bisque is a great way to serve a larger crowd or have delicious leftovers!
