Made this last night to go with salmon that we grill in a blackened fish style. The sauce was excellent–had a hard time making myself stop tasting it so there’d be enough to have with dinner! It really nicely complemented the spiciness of the fish rub. This would be great with just about anything. I did knock back the amount of mayo using 1/2 cup and then 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt.
