Great to hear you’re making this for Christmas dinner! Using frozen corn is absolutely fine; it works just as well as fresh corn. Regarding the garlic butter and Creole seasoning, either method described in the recipe will work. You can combine the garlic butter and Creole seasoning together as in step 2, or top the corn with garlic butter and then brush with Creole seasoning separately as in step 3. Both methods will infuse the corn with delicious flavors. It’s more about your preference for how you’d like to layer the flavors.

I’m planning to make this and bring it as a side for Christmas dinner tomorrow. Being December, I couldn’t find fresh Corn so I’m using frozen. Step 2 says combine garlic butter and Creole while step 3 says top with garlic butter then brush with creole. I’m confused.

I tried this recipe for my family, and everyone loved it. I combined melted butter with my favorite spices, and brushed it over the corn. It was easy and delicious, thanks for sharing!
