So this morning I set about making your recipe for him. He swears they taste absolutely authentic and I must say they are fabulous. So rich and spicy but not hot. The shells are wonderfully chewy and moist and your mango chutney really livens them up. This was my first time on your site and I immediately signed up. Can’t wait to try more recipes.
